Mubasher: Oman Investment and Finance Company (OIFC) set 28 March for its ordinary general meeting (OGM), according to a bourse filing released on Sunday.
The OGM will discuss the distribution of cash dividends at 15% of the company’s capital, equivalent to 15 Baisas per share, for the fiscal year 2015.
The company is capitalised at OMR 20 million ($51.94 million) distributed across 20 shares, with a nominal value of OMR 0.100 ($0.26).
The company earlier paid cash dividends at 20% of the capital or OMR 4 million ($10.39 million) for the fiscal year 2015.
Shareholders are also set to discuss the board and auditors’ reports on last year.
OIFC’s profits shrank in 2015 by 3.6% to OMR 6.38 million ($16.57 million) from OMR 6.62 million ($17.19 million) in 2014.
